1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bgok" refers to the operator of the platform available at https://bgok.io, including its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors.
• "Platform" means the bgok website, mobile site, applications, and all associated services, tools, and features.
• "User", "you", or "your" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User on the Platform following successful registration.
• "Funds" means any real money deposited by the User into their bgok Account balance.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a User's Account by bgok as part of a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which use of the Platform is illegal, restricted, or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the applicable time zone for the bgok platform in relation to Bangladesh-based users.

2. Eligibility

By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account with bgok that was suspended, terminated, or closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, or contractor of bgok or any of its affiliates, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

bgok reserves the right to request documentary verification of your age and identity at any time. Where verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, bgok reserves the right to restrict or permanently close the Account and withhold any funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To use the full features of the bgok Platform, you must register for an Account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

One Account Per Person: Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — including under different names, email addresses, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bgok will never ask you for your password. You must notify bgok immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. bgok shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account.

KYC Verification: bgok operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods: bgok accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, USDT (TRC20 and ERC20), and Bitcoin. Payment method availability may vary depending on your region and account status.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

Processing Times: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 20 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). During peak periods or in cases requiring additional verification, processing may take up to 24 hours.

Currency: Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) for mobile money and bank transfer transactions, or in the relevant cryptocurrency for USDT and Bitcoin transactions. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawal Ownership: Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account holder name used for the original deposit, unless bgok's compliance team expressly approves an alternative arrangement following identity verification.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bgok may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, and other incentives to new and existing Users. All promotional offers are subject to specific bonus terms, which are published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real money Funds and must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real money.
• Unless otherwise stated, Wagering Requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted bonuses expire after this period.
• bgok reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited and are subject to ongoing play will not be affected by the withdrawal of the general offer.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per User, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• bgok reserves the right to void bonus winnings and reclaim Bonus Funds where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, use of betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other form of fraudulent conduct.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering completion process.

6. Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the bgok Platform are governed by the general betting rules set out in this section and by the specific rules applicable to each sport or market, which are published within the relevant betting section of the Platform.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique Bet ID. bgok reserves the right to decline any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• Odds: Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. bgok shall not be liable for odds changes that occur between the time you place a bet and the time it is confirmed.
• Void Bets: bgok reserves the right to void any bet where a palpable error in odds has occurred, where there is evidence of match fixing, or where the outcome of a market has been determined by an event outside the normal rules of the sport concerned.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are placed during the course of a live event. Results for in-play markets are determined by the official result at the end of the relevant period of play. bgok uses official data feeds but accepts no liability for delays or inaccuracies in live data.
• Maximum Winnings: bgok may impose per-bet and per-day maximum winnings limits. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting section and may be updated from time to time.
• Cricket Markets: All cricket markets, including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, BCCI). In the event of a match being abandoned or no result declared, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the market rules.

7. Casino Games

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bgok Platform. Any User found to have engaged in any of the activities listed below will have their Account immediately suspended, their balance forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the Account verification process.
• Opening multiple Accounts or allowing any other person to use your Account.
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate the outcome of any bet or casino game.
• Using any form of artificial intelligence, automated betting software, bot, script, or other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or play games.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors in odds, or platform glitches for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or knowingly benefiting from any form of match fixing, spot fixing, or any arrangement intended to predetermine the outcome of a sporting event.
• Depositing funds that are the proceeds of crime or using the Platform for any money laundering activity.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy server, or any other means of disguising your true location.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening any bgok employee, support agent, or other User.
• Engaging in any conduct that bgok reasonably determines to be contrary to the integrity of the Platform or harmful to bgok's reputation.

9. Responsible Gaming

bgok is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. We encourage all Users to gamble for entertainment purposes only, within their financial means, and never to chase losses.

Player Tools: All registered bgok Users have free access to the following responsible gaming tools via their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced with immediate effect; increases to limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without bgok's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform's software.
• Use any bgok trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that suggests association with or endorsement by bgok without express written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of bgok's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bgok shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain account security.
• Losses arising from betting decisions made by you on the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered thereon.
• Inaccuracies in live sports data, odds feeds, or game outcomes resulting from third-party provider errors.
• Loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bgok's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
